Maratha quota activist Manoj Jarange Patil, who had said that his march will enter Mumbai at present if his contemporary demand of the Maharashtra authorities amending its free schooling coverage to incorporate all Marathas was not accepted, referred to as off his protest early Saturday saying that Chief Minister Eknath Shinde had accepted their request.
“Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has carried out a superb job. Our protest is now over. Our request has been accepted. We’ll settle for the letter from him. I’ll drink juice from the fingers of the Chief Minister,” Patil mentioned.
Reacting to the information, Maharashtra Minister Mangal Prabhat Lodha mentioned, “A motion which was occurring in Maharashtra for Maratha reservation underneath the management of Manoj Jarange Patil has reached an answer at present… The ordinance that was handed at present has the answer to all the issues. Manoj Jarange Patil has introduced that for the reason that resolution has been obtained, there isn’t any have to proceed the protests.”
