THE BAHUJAN Samaj Get together (BSP) on Saturday expelled Ram Shiromani Verma, its Lok Sabha Member of Parliament from Shravasti, over allegations of “indiscipline” and “anti-party actions”.
Verma received the Shravasti seat in 2019, when the BSP had allied with the Samajwadi Party (SP), defeating the BJP’s Daddan Mishra by 5,320 votes.
On Saturday, BSP state president Vishwanath Pal mentioned, “The district stage management has expelled him (Verma) from the get together over allegations of
indiscipline.”
