On Tuesday, U.S First Lady, Melania Trump arrived in Ghana where she was received by First Lady, Rebecca Akufo-Addo. Ghana is one of four countries Mrs.Trump will be visiting on her solo trip to Africa.
A statement issued from the Ghanaian First Lady’s office disclosed that she took Mrs. Trump to Ridge Hospital where she interacted with mothers and children, and “donated items to the hospital, which included a top of the range phototherapy machine,a welcome addition to the Neo-Natal Ward at the hospital. Together, we can do more to improve the well-being of mothers and children all over the world.” the statement read.
Mrs. Melania Trump will visit four countries in five days. Next up on her itinery are: Malawi, Kenya and Egypt.
